What we collect
Nothing. Document Organizer has no backend server, no database, and no analytics script. There is no mechanism in this application for your data to reach us, because there is no "us" it could reach — everything runs entirely in your browser.
Where your data lives
Every document entry, category, and setting is stored in your browser's IndexedDB storage, scoped to this site and this device. Closing the tab, restarting your device, or coming back tomorrow doesn't lose your data — but clearing your browser's site data, or using a different browser or device, will show you an empty organizer, since nothing is synced anywhere.
Backups
You can export a full JSON backup or a CSV summary from Settings at any time. Those files are saved directly to your device by your browser's normal download mechanism — we never see them, transmit them, or store a copy of them anywhere.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Any storage used is limited to the essential local application data described above.
